When you encounter a Human Step, it means it's time to get in touch with another colleague!

Whether it be a one-on-one session with your mentor, or a group session led by one of your colleagues, this Step will have you contact your mentor to set up a live meeting with them!

Connecting with Your Mentor

Underneath the Human Step's description, you'll find a list of mentors and their email addresses.

Select one of their email addresses to open your computer's email software, or copy/paste their email into a different email software, and send them a request to set up/join them for that Step. Be sure to mention the name of the Step when you do!

Types of Meetings

- One-on-One -

Only you and your mentor will meet for a cozy training/review session. When graded, this type will either give you a complete/incomplete result, or a percentage grade, both issued and confirmed by your mentor.

Notes will also often be provided by them and can be found on the Step's page.

- Group -

A group seminar will have you and several others meet with the seminar speaker(s) all at once.

For graded group sessions, you'll be given a confirmation code which you must then enter into your game to get a completion mark. You'll find your connection code redemption window at the bottom of your homepage only after a group meeting is included in your curriculum.

Depending on the presenter, issued confirmation codes may be unique for each attendee and therefore cannot be shared, so make sure you always use the code provided to you!

When you enter a connection code, (such as 60CCF8C808A04 for those who're looking for one in this doc!), you'll have a chance to rate your interaction with your mentor as well as leave feedback for the meeting itself.
