Was a Step too hard? Or you love it so much you just have to say something? When enabled by your administrator, you can provide feedback to the administrator by rating each training game!
Once you’ve completed a Step:
go back to the Course
find the Step
select the one you want to rate
From here, you can choose to leave a rating, send private feedback for an administrator to read, or leave a public comment!
Note: You cannot leave feedback for a Step until after you've completed it at least once... If you don't see it, and you know your admin enabled it, play the Step first!
Star ratings
These affect both Step and Course ratings!
choose from 1 star (poor) to 5 stars (excellent!)
only Steps can be rated
the average rating for each Step is contributed to the overall Course rating
choose, change your mind, or remove your rating anytime
can be seen by any learner who can play that Step
Leaving Feedback
This does not affect the Step or Course star rating.
learners can directly message the Step author with their thoughts
messages are private and can only be seen by the learner and author
Posting a Comment
This does not affect the Step or Course star rating.
learners can publicly post their thoughts on the Step's main page
comments can be upvoted and downvoted by other learners
Be honest!
If a Step left you feeling down, don’t be afraid to give it a less-than-stellar rating. We need your honest feedback to help us improve the training experiences we create!
Likewise, if you feel fantastic about a Step, let us know! We love to hear that our games are as awesome as we want them to be!
