Not only can you create, edit, retire, and remove Certifications from your Certifications library, you can use it to confirm which learners have been completing necessary Courses (and which ones are falling behind).

To get there, go to /admin, then:

  • SELECT "AUTOMATE"

  • SELECT "Certifications"

Menu bar Automate/Certifications highlighted

Certification Card Numbers

Certifications card example

Each "card" summarizes:

  • how often Certification needs to be renewed (if applicable)

  • number of learners assigned to the Certification

  • number of graded Steps included

  • how many learners have completed all Certification Courses

As new learners are assigned Certifications, the "Users" total will increase! This makes it easy to see how many learners are currently enrolled in a particular Certification, and is especially useful when compared with how many have actually completed it.

Learner Enrollment Summary

- Review enrolled learners -

Curious to see which learners are enrolled in the Certification? What their current status is?

  • MOUSE-OVER the Certification

  • SELECT "Progress" (head silhouette icon)

Certification Progress page

A list of all enrolled learners will open, showing:

  • their name

  • how many graded Steps they've passed/completed within the Certification's Courses

  • average grade achieved

  • date they completed the Certification (if applicable)

  • number of minutes spent playing Steps within the Certification

  • current completion status

  • how the Certification was assigned to them (manually or by their group)

- Review their current progress -

While in the Certification's "Progress" page

  • SELECT the learner's passed/completed Step progress

  • CHOOSE the title of a Course to view its included Steps

Several details for each Step, including your learner's current grade and completion status, will be listed within each Course!

Note that once a learner has been added to a Certification, they cannot be removed!
