"Why don't I have a rank?"
Like every new business, progress can take time. If your business is very new chances are your rank hasn't yet been updated - check back tomorrow and it should be there.

"The Leaderboard numbers don't match my own numbers, what's going on?"
While your personal numbers, from your grades to your number of points and clients, will update almost immediately, Leaderboard numbers are compiled nightly. That means once per night the system will update your (and every other learner's) stats and rankings!
This also means you have the entire day to push your results to the MAX before your stellar numbers are pulled in (and ranked as the best)!
"Do learners know when I follow them?"
Nope! Learners currently receive no notification when they're followed by another colleague - shh, it's a secret!
