You're already rockin' it in LemonadeLXP, but how does it compare to your colleagues?
When enabled by your administrator, you can find out how you stack up against the competition by selecting "Leaderboard" on your menu bar (at the top of your screen). A list of all your colleagues (and their rankings) will appear, complete with your own, from first place all the way to the last learner.
View by Group
"Global" will be selected by default, showing every single colleague on LemonadeLXP.
But how do you compare just those in your Group?
use the drop-down menu to select your Group
choose the one you want to see
The list will change based off of which colleagues are in the selected Group. Since colleagues may not be in all the same Groups as you, your ranking may be different in each one - aim for the top in them all!
How is a learner rank decided?
Beside each learner's name you'll find their:
current level
total Happy Clients
number of points
All of these combined help determine who's the best learner of them all!
To see exactly what they've done to get there (and maybe take some notes), select their avatar hexagon to view their profile page. Here you can see:
Feeling extra competitive? Keep a close eye on certain learners by following them in your Colleagues page!
When does the leaderboard change?
The leaderboard compiles nightly, on weeknights only. This is done to create an environment where "not playing at weekends", does not disadvantage players.
