When you’re not sure what to do or how to do it, just push our button! The “Start a conversation” chat button, that is:

LemonadeLXP Chat Box Icon

When this feature is enabled by your administrator, you can:

  • FIND it at the bottom-right of your screen

  • SELECT it whenever you have a question

  • TYPE your question in the "Find an answer yourself" box

Our Help Center has several replies ready to go for all kinds of common questions - you'll likely find your answer in no time.

Admins

From your admin panel, you can also access the Help Center via selecting "? Help" to view our entire collection of help guides!

Still can’t find an answer?

Never fear, our nerds are here! It’s a great time to say hello and start a  “New conversation” with us via the chat bubble so our team can find those answers for you. No matter what it is, we’ve always got you covered. Just ask!

No chat bubble to be found?

Need Help in Another Language?

All of LemonadeLXP's help articles are in English. We also have several available in French (en français)! Switch between the two by using the drop-down toggle at the top of the page:

Intercom language toggle

Note that when using the "Start a conversation" chat bubble to get help, your browser settings are used to determine what language will appear. If it's set to French, it will load in French, and vice-versa!

Have suggestions?
