Keep learners engaged once LLXP launches

You did it, LemonadeLXP has been launched to the masses, but your role in communication is far from over! It's easy for learners to lose focus and have participation rates fall in the first few months post-launch. System notifications are a great way to remind users to log in, but there are other ways as well!

Here are a series of templates for you to use in promoting LemonadeLXP to your learners following the initial launch.

Templates start at 1 week after launch and go until 6 weeks after. However, we assume you want people using LemonadeLXP for longer than this, so keep the notifications coming!



These templates are tools for you to use in promoting LLXP to your learners. These are simply to paint a picture of what your promotional campaign could look like. Feel free to use and edit these at your discretion! You want all your messaging to match your organization's style and feel, as well as your personal tone.

Keep in mind, there are tons of ways to customize your instance, including terms like clients, currency, and financial institution. In the following templates, text like this is an indication that you may have to change the terms used, or input your own information.

Need help earning points?

Keep gaining customers/members through training or buy boosters to increase your points-per-second rate! You can also get bonus customers/members through boosters.

Don’t forget to spend points!

Use your points to buy boosters. Having the most points saved up doesn’t help your performance. Make sure you’re spending them to help boost your bank/credit union.

  1. Ask the chat bot! On your LemonadeLXP home-screen, click the little blue circle in the bottom right corner.

  2. You should have someone within your organization who can answer questions. For example: team leaders, supervisors, managers.

Keep training, and keep working towards those boosters! Completing training games and buying boosters are the two keys to success in growing your bank/credit union.

Reminder about your training expectations. Are deadlines coming up? Are you making use of certifications? If so, remind staff to complete certifications by their due dates.

Have you seen what your bank/credit union looks like at Level 17? If not, keep working towards it!

A reminder that the best way to move ahead in the game is to keep training and work towards buying boosters.
