Each Trigger will require different kinds of information in order for it to "kick in." When you're creating your Trigger, the Step Wizard will change its questions depending on the type of Trigger you choose to use.

This guide will help you get through the different options that pop up along the way!

Trigger Types:

Learner registers into LemonadeLXP (includes SSO)

This is self-explanatory; no additional details are required!

Learner completes specific courses

From here, choose which Course(s) a learner needs to complete for the Trigger to occur.

  • ADD the Course(s) you want to include

  • REMOVE the ones you don't want from the "Courses required" list

Learner reaches a total count of points

When playing in non-Booster Glue mode, the moment a learner earns the points you specified here, they will Trigger an event.

  • enter the total number of points needed for the Trigger to occur

Learner reaches a certain skill level

As learners level up their Skills, they can level up their knowledge by unlocking more stuff!

  • ADD the Skill(s) and respective Level(s) you wish to include

  • REMOVE the ones you don't want from the "Skills required" list

Learner completes a specific certification

When a learner completes a Certification, they earn the right to learn even more!

  • ADD the Certification you wish to include (only one can be specified)

The Triggers Library

When you're in /admin and find yourself in "AUTOMATE," "Triggers," you'll see a summary of all your created Triggers. Each one will have a card that looks something like this:

Trigger Library Trigger Numbers Highlighted

Those numbers give you a quick view of:

  • whether it is or isn't enabled

  • how many learners have triggered it

The text summarizes:

  • which Trigger option it uses

  • which Groups an individual learner must be included in

Use these handy shortcuts to scan through your current Triggers at any time!
