When setting up a Trigger, choose between assigning learners:

How they earn these rewards is up to you (and whether you use or don't use BoosterGlue for your instance)!

List of Triggers:

Learner registers into LemonadeLXP - includes SSO (BoosterGlue)

When registered into your instance, learners are immediately assigned crucial items to start their learning journey.

Set them up right away by:

  • introducing your company and your staff's general role in it

  • implementing requirements expected of all new employees

Assign Certifications to:

  • start the company onboarding process (e.g., "An Introduction to {Your Company}")

  • mark the beginning of a series of rankings (e.g. "Rookie/Novice/Experienced/Expert in Health and Safety at the Work Place")

Assign Courses to:

  • assign standard practices everyone should know, regardless of Group (e.g. "Introduction to {your company}"; "Policies and Procedures")

Learner completes specific courses (BoosterGlue)

When a learner completes specific Courses, it's a great time to celebrate!

It's also an excellent time to:

  • unlock more advanced materials

  • recognize their newfound (or continued) expertise

Assign Certifications to:

  • introduce the next level of Courses for their role (e.g. "Associate Manager 201")

  • start/continue a series of rankings (Rookie, Novice, etc.) (e.g., "Novice Sales Associate")

Assign Courses to:

  • reveal the next difficulty level of Courses in their subject (e.g., learner completed "Beginner" Courses, unlocked "Intermediate" ones)

  • reward efforts with "just for fun" Courses

  • provide bonus review materials

Learner reaches a total count of points (non-BoosterGlue)

The more points learners collect, the further they are in LemonadeLXP!

Consider points as a way to:

  • celebrate a learner's achievement

  • reveal new "high roller"-only material

  • relate game progress with the learner's progress

Learner reaches a certain skill level (BoosterGlue)

Have you included Skills in your Steps yet?

Not only can you assign Levels to Skills, Triggers can be used to incorporate Skills and:

  • recognize and celebrate a learner's achievements

  • assign high-level Courses

Assign Certifications to:

  • continue to grow the learner's skills (e.g., "Thrilled to be Skilled - Successfully Applying {Skill} in Your Role")

Assign Courses to:

  • provide bonus Courses relating to growth and success

  • reward efforts with "just for fun" Courses

  • reveal new Courses only highly skilled learners can access

Learner completes a specific certification (Booster Glue)

When a learner completes a certification, they can unlock even more content!

It's also an excellent time to:

  • unlock more advanced Certifications

  • recognize their newfound (or continued) expertise

Assign Certifications to:

  • continue to the next level of Courses for their role (e.g., "Supervising 202")

  • continue a series of rankings (Rookie, Amateur, etc.) (e.g., "Knowledgeable Sales Associate")

Assign Courses to:

  • reveal the next difficulty level of Courses in their subject (e.g., learner completed "Beginner Exam" Certification, unlocked "Intermediate" Courses)

  • reward efforts with just for fun Courses

  • provide bonus review material

Pretty cool, right?

These are just some ideas of how each Trigger can work for you! Create as many (or as few) as you wish, and let LemonadeLXP take care of the rest.
