LemonadeLXP's contests enable administrators to reward users for completing activities both inside of LemonadeLXP (via training games) and the real world. Learners are inspired and encouraged to fulfill behaviour-based tasks where the better a learner does, the more entries they will earn for that contest!

Contests consist of a start date/time and end date/time, known as an "open period." During this open period, eligible learners can take part in available activities to earn entries. Once the contest closes, a learner's name is drawn from the participant pool and declared the winner!

For a contest to become available, an administrator must first set one up and assign it to a learner group.
