Alright! You know how to “draft stuff”, now what?

After this, you’ll have an idea of how and when to apply the different rounds.

Challenges

Call them challenges, homework, practice, or whatever you want! These tasks will get you comfortable in the Admin role.

Intermediate Challenges

  • Create a step to demonstrate an online process.

  • Create a step that will show learners how to navigate their profiles.

  • Create a step to test people's attention to detail.

  • Create a step that will reward individuals for attending a virtual meeting.


Advanced Challenge

  • Build a scenario round that feels like a conversation.

Speed up your "time-to-market" by starting to build your instance right away! Why wait? Here are a couple tasks to complete to help you get your instance populated with content and ready to go!

1. Start Drafting Steps!

Now that you've got your content all set up and understand the different step types, its time to start transforming your raw content into Lemonade rounds.

Pick a from one of the courses you may have decided upon. Now think about what needs to be taught throughout it.


Example:

You want to create a course on Mobile Deposit. Here are a few ideas:

Start by teaching foundational knowledge (what is mobile deposit, who is eligible, mobile deposit limits).

  • Recommended step types - Video, YouTube, True or False, Streak, MultiChoice, Sorting, Polygraph, Link

Progress to showing people how to use mobile deposit.

  • Recommended step types - Demo

Finish with how to recommend or support mobile deposit.

  • Recommended step types - Scenario, Human.
