There's a conundrum, a riddle if you will... Apparently, the legal team is bad at reviewing legal documents!!

Create a step to help them sharpen their senses!!

Try these ones!:

Follow the steps as shown below...

1) Go to "Author"/"Steps" in your admin panel

2) Select the "+" button, then choose "Polygraph" to create a new polygraph step

3) Configure your polygraph step, then choose "Next"

4) Copy an excerpt of the legal document you wish to have the team focus on, then paste in the text box

5) Highlight some text to change, then select "Add Deviation Point". For each deviation, choose "Add Another Deviation" and enter text in textbox. "Close" to finish

6) Highlight and add deviations for a few additional pieces of text, then "Save"

7) "Test Play" your step to ensure deviations flow well with the text passage

8) Edit and revise as needed

The polygraph step, which is using text directly pulled from your company's legal documents, will require legal team learners to really focus and pay attention to what they're reading. This will give them the practice they need to identify issues while getting them more familiar with the documents all around!
