  • Customize boosters and pillars to match your brand.

Tasks Outside LemonadeLXP

Start to get an idea of who you'll be training, and what topics you need to cover.

Look at the big picture. What are you trying to achieve with LemonadeLXP? What needs to happen to get there? Who do you need to train to reach this objective?

2. Designate Learner Groups

Who do you need to train? Considering who you'll be training will help identify what you need to be teaching, and how it may differ from group to group.

To start off, put a pen to paper and start drafting proposed learner groups.

3. Create topics and learning goals.

What do you need to teach people? Once you know who you're teaching, decide what it is you need to teach.

Under your learner groups, come up with training topics or learning goals for each. Some may be group specific, other topics may be useful for all.

4. Draft potential courses.

Once you've determined your learning goals, think about what courses might be needed to get there.

Continue to narrow down your topics into more bite-sized courses. Remember, you don't want courses to be too big and overwhelming, so if you have big topic consider splitting it up into multiple courses.

Start collecting content related to the topics you’ve identified above! We’ll be transforming these into LemonadeLXP step types after Lesson 2.
