Your administrators have the power to change and customize just about everything in your instance... if you make it that way!

As you set up your administrators in your instance, you'll likely want to limit select users' key tasks and capabilities based off of what their roles will be.

Content creators?

Give them permission to create and publish Steps and Courses. Want to avoid accidental removals and deletions of content? Don't include permissions to retire or delete them!

Digital Academy specialists?

Allow all Digital Academy options in their admin profile! If they plan to create Demos and Simulators for your DA, add Step creation permissions!

Super administrators?

Give permission for everything!

Pick and choose suitable permissions for your administrators by customizing their privileges on your instance!

How to Create a SuperAdmin

The LemonadeLXP support team is the only unit that can securely create SuperAdministrators. If you need a registered user to gain SuperAdmin access, please contact your LemonadeLXP CX representative.

How to Manage SuperAdmins

Unlike regular Admins, SuperAdmins have some limitations on who can edit what details for them. In addition, they can only be removed by other SuperAdmins!

To make any changes to a SuperAdmin, including completely removing them from the system, you must first DEMOTE them to a regular administrative role.

Demote a SuperAdmin

  • LOG IN as a SuperAdmin

  • SELECT the pencil icon beside the name of the SuperAdmin you wish to remove

  • GO TO section 3 — Admin Access

  • SELECT "Demote to admin role"

  • CHECK your email for a demotion authorization code

  • COPY & PASTE code to pop-up box in Admin Access page

  • CONFIRM demotion

Once they're a "regular" administrator, you can edit details, add/remove admin access, or even delete them from your LLXP as needed.
