"I've logged in to LemonadeLXP but can only see the learner's screen, where is the admin panel?

Your instance's URL will land you on the learner side of LemonadeLXP. To get to the admin panel, make sure you add "/admin" to the end of your webpage URL.

Use as an admin: www.yourinstance.com/admin

Interact as a learner: www.yourinstance.com

"I'm logged in but when I enter the admin URL for my instance I can't access it. Help!"

Confirm you're set up as an admin

If it's your first time accessing your LemonadeLXP, it could be that you have not been granted admin privileges... yet. Check in with another admin on your instance to confirm that you're set up as one.

Check your web browser version

LemonadeLXP is designed to work best with particular web browser versions. If you find things aren't working the way you expect, check your web browser's version - you'll get the best experience if you're using one of the ones in the list!

"I'm an admin but I have limited access... I know there are more admin features, so what's going on?"

Administrator permissions can be customized within LemonadeLXP. That means that a user can be set up as an administrator, yet only have access to key things suitable for their role. For example: a content writer only needs access to Step and Course authoring tools, as such they can be set up to only have access to those things.

If you feel you are missing some admin tools that are necessary for your role, contact your primary administrator and check-in on what you should and should not have access to.
