When the leader(s) of a Group don't need full administrator access but do require the ability to view their own Group's data, set them up as a Group admin!
Set Up Your Group Administrators
From the admin panel, head to "Learners", "Groups" in your top menu.
Edit the Group you wish to add an administrator to.
Under "Group admin", select the user(s) who should have access to that Group's data.
Once you've added all your Group admins, save!
You can choose to have just one Group admin, several of them, or none at all - it's up to you!
