You're raring to go but don't yet have access to your LemonadeLXP? Not to worry! Follow these steps to get yourself set up!

Whether registering as a learner or as an administrator, to participate in the platform you need to be registered in one of the following ways:

If your company has SSO enabled, all you need to do is log in to your SSO the usual way, then open your company's LemonadeLXP URL and select the SSO sign-in option (on the left)! LemonadeLXP takes care of the rest!

Did you receive a registration link in your inbox? Select it to open the registration page and enter your information as requested!

If you received an email requesting password confirmation/reset, you're already in! An administrator has done the work for you, all you need to do is follow the confirmation/reset link and you're set!

Did you receive the basic URL link that lands you on the log-in page? Simply select the "Register here" link to open up the registration page and fill in your details. Note you may need to register with your work email to be granted access to the platform!

Once you've registered, you can expect to get an email from [email protected]. Follow the link in the email to complete registration!

Note: you need to do this using the same browser you used to register (e.g., if you registered while using Chrome, you need to use Chrome to finalize your registration) — if you don't, it won't work!

If it's your first time accessing your LemonadeLXP, note that you might not have admin privileges... yet. Check your admin URL and, if you aren't able to access it, check in with another admin on your instance so they can set you up as one.

LemonadeLXP is designed to work best with particular web browser versions. If you find things aren't working the way you expect, check your web browser's version - you'll get the best experience if you're using one of the ones in the list!
