Can't Log In or Access LemonadeLXP? Here's What to Check

Unable to access your LemonadeLXP? Not working the way you expected? Look no further!

Can't get into your LemonadeLXP? Things looking weird? You're in the right place. This guide will help you troubleshoot common access issues like a digital detective.


🟢 Step 1: Check the LemonadeLXP Status Page

Before you rage-click your mouse, make sure it's not us, it's actually you.

  • Visit our Status Page to check if everything is working properly.

  • If there’s an outage, we’ll post it there front and center.

  • You can even subscribe to real-time updates by email, SMS, Slack, or RSS feed—because you're fancy like that.


🌐 Step 2: Browser Check-Up

LemonadeLXP loves modern browsers. Anything else, and things might break in weird, gremlin-like ways.

Use one of these:

  • Chrome (latest)

  • Edge (Chromium)

  • Firefox (latest)

  • Safari (for Mac users)

Things to do:

  • Clear your browser cache

  • Turn it off and back on again (yes, seriously)

  • Try Incognito/Private Mode

  • Don’t use Internet Explorer. It’s retired. Let it rest.

📝 Step 3: Confirm Your Registration

Sometimes the problem is you’re not actually in yet:

  • Head to your company’s LemonadeLXP URL

  • Try logging in

  • Not working? Hit “Forgot password” to reset

If you use Single Sign-On (SSO):

  • Make sure you’re logged into your work account

  • Use the SSO sign-in option (the one on the left)


📬 Step 4: Check Your Email

If you're expecting a verification or registration email:

  • Wait 5 minutes (email is moody sometimes)

  • Check your spam folder

  • Make sure you entered your email correctly

Also:

  • Open the confirmation email using the same browser you used to register

  • Bonus points if you use the same device, too!

Once you’re in, you may want Admin Access. Or you may be part of the onboarding or content creation crew.
