👀 Step 1: Try Accessing the Admin Portal

If you’ve been given an admin URL (e.g., yourbank.lemonadelxp.com/admin):

Access is permission-based. You’ll need an existing Super admin to:

Go into the Admin Panel
Click into Manage Users
Find your name or email
Toggle you to Admin status — but wait! There’s a little more to it. We believe in role-based access control, which means the super admin will need to specify exactly what you should be able to do in the system.
