How to reset your password and regain access to your LXP Learn

🛑 Hold up! Are you an SSO user? If you log in by clicking a big shiny button that says something like “Log in with First Financial” or “Access with Riverbank Credit Union”—this article isn’t for you.

You, my friend, are living the SSO life. That means you don’t have a LemonadeLXP password to reset
 and trying to reset one is like bringing jumper cables to a Tesla.

Still not sure? If you’ve never created a LemonadeLXP-specific password, you’re almost definitely using SSO.

So
 you forgot your password. It happens to the best of us. Whether your brain yeeted it into the abyss or your cat walked across your keyboard one too many times—don’t worry. You’ll be back in faster than you can say “multimodal microlearning.”

🚀 Quick Reset Instructions

  1. Go to your LemonadeLXP login page
    It usually looks like this: subdomain.companyURL.com — ask your admin if you’re unsure!

  2. Click “Forgot password?”
    It’s the tiny link that saves lives.

  1. Enter the email tied to your account
    Complete the CAPTCHA (prove you’re not a robot, even if you feel like one), then hit Submit.

  2. Check your inbox
    You’ll get an email with a magical link. Click it to reset your password.

  3. Choose a new password
    When creating a new password, tread carefully—it’s not just a password, it’s a passphrase, like a secret handshake between you and the system.   4. Boom—you’re back in!
    Resume your training domination.

🔁 Use the same browser, device, and location

Why? Because our system likes consistency. If you start on Chrome from your work laptop at the office, don’t finish the reset on Firefox from a beach in Portugal.

  • Same browser: Safari, Chrome, Edge, etc.

  • Same device: Laptop, phone, toaster (if it has Wi-Fi).

  • Same location: Work, home, or your favorite cafĂ© with the good muffins.
