Changing your Certifications and Triggers is very similar to how you'd modify your Skills, Steps, and Courses, but with some minor differences.

To find what you want to change, head to /admin, then:

  • SELECT "AUTOMATE"

  • CHOOSE either "Triggers" or "Certifications"

Menu bar Automate/Triggers and Certifications highlighted

Edit

To change something in an existing item:

  • MOUSE-OVER its box

  • SELECT the pencil icon

  • EDIT as needed

It will always go to the first step of the process, so be sure to CHOOSE "NEXT" until you can "SAVE" at the end!

Retire Certifications

To remove a Certification without actually deleting it (it won't be public!), either:

  • MOUSE-OVER its box, and

  • SELECT the trash icon

-or-

  • SELECT the pencil icon, and

  • CHOOSE “Retire” (top-right)

Whichever way you choose, a box asking if you’re sure you want to retire the Certification will pop up. CHOOSE "OK" to hide it in the system.

Note: Triggers cannot be retired - only deleted!

Reenable Certifications

You retired something but changed your mind? Bring it back anytime!

On the main page:

  • MOUSE-OVER the box

  • SELECT the pencil icon

  • CHOOSE “Publish” (top-right)

  • CONFIRM to bring it back

Note: Triggers cannot be reenabled!

Delete

To delete a Certification, retire it first.
To delete a Trigger, simply delete it!

When you're ready to delete:

  •  MOUSE-OVER the box

  • SELECT the trash icon

  • CONFIRM to never see it again

Certifications can also be deleted when you:

  • MOUSE-OVER the box

  • SELECT the pencil icon

  • CHOOSE “Remove” at the top-right of the page

  • CONFIRM

REMEMBER! Deletion is permanent! Make sure you definitely don't want it before it's gone for good.

Did you notice another icon in Certifications? The "Progress" icon will show you a list of enrolled learners, complete with their current Certification status!
