Groups are LemonadeLXP's way of putting together learners who will be learning the same content. Instead of granting access to a Course by selecting each learner one-by-one, a long and tedious process, you instead choose their Group. It's so simple!

Learners must be part of at least one Group to have access to learning content - they're linked after all.

What if you have a learner who is both a Cashier and a Sales Associate? No need to pick and choose, add them to both Groups! Learners aren't limited to just one Group type, making it easy to give them access to more content when they get promoted or need to learn aspects of another role.
