Digital Academy is a public part and premium feature of your LemonadeLXP instance; visitors can access your DA's content without registering!

As for registered learners, there's an additional feature available to them via their internal DA link!

Internal DA is a separate link only accessible by registered learners. Once logged in, learners can access DA via their homepage menu. There, they will find the same DA with the bonus of ready-to-share options for each demo, video and simulation!

When selected, a pop-up window will appear to offer learners the chance to email the demo to a Colleague or an external email address!

Registrants can choose to add notes when they send the demo/video/sim to their friends (when enabled) and colleagues.

Note: you can customize several DA share options if you wish.

Internal DA's shareable links are an excellent tool for staff who wish to share key content with clients!

For example, should a client contact your call centre with questions about using your website or app, your rep can share the DA link directly with the client and go through the visual steps together! Should a client have no time to go through it right away, the demo can be sent and viewed at a more convenient time.

Sharing links in this way provides clients with the answers they seek, in a way that's easy to understand, all while receiving stellar support from your team! By sharing links, staff themselves will save valuable time and help more clients than they otherwise could!

Note: Non-registered recipients will land on the external DA, and those who are registered to LLXP will find themselves on their internal DA (complete with the share feature)!
