To successfully finish a Step, learners must reach the end while making as few mistakes as possible. For most Step types, the 5 hearts of health will come into play.
To keep all your hearts (and get a perfect score), learners need to answer everything perfectly!
Every wrong answer will cost the learner one heart and lower their score. If all 5 hearts are lost, it's game over! You'll get a grade for your efforts and that's it.
Want to try again? Go for it! Steps can be replayed as often as a learner wants, so go for the gold and aim to perfect that Step!
