As you probably already suspected, the Learners section of Analytics focuses on... Your learners!

Get there by logging in to the /admin side, then:

  • SELECT "ANALYTICS"

  • SELECT "Learners"

Menu bar Analytics/Learners highlighted

Here you can focus on data by each learner, or you can view the overall learning trends of your learners.

Use the drop-down menu (at the top) to view learners from one specific Group, or see everybody at once!

Overview Colours and Numbers

The first thing you'll see is an overview of how well learners are doing:

  • Excelling = learners average 85% or more

  • High Effort = learners have played more than 5 minutes per day

  • Struggling = learners average 50% or less

  • Needs Coaching = learners average less than 80% and their grade fluctuates within 5%

  • Not Learning = learners average 20% or less and their grade fluctuates within 10%

When you SELECT any of these, the list of learners (found in "Learner Insights") will change to only show the ones in the category you selected. CHOOSE "Clear Filter" to see everyone again.

Learner Insights Stats Overview

Your learner's stats are split between "Engagement" and "Learning."

Engagement shows:

  • total number of days played

  • how many days they've participated in the last 30 days

  • the total number of minutes they've actively played Steps

Learning shows:

  • number of questions answered

  • number of questions answered correctly

  • average score achieved in each Step

  • the typical score they used to get in Steps

  • the best score they've achieved in a Step

  • how much they've improved (go for green here!)

Want to sort the list by name? Days played? Something else? SELECT the one you want to focus on and it'll do just that!

You can learn even more about a learner by SELECTING their name - a new page with detailed stats will pop up

Learning Trends Indicators Bar Graphs

A visual summary of learning trends for all your learners. This shows the number of learners who've:

  • New Knowledge: learned new content

  • Knowledge Maintenance: reviewed learned content and achieved similar results

  • Knowledge Advancement: reviewed learned content and improved results

  • Negative: showing worse performances

Customize what's shown by SELECTING the categories (bottom) to select and deselect their appearance in the graph. MOUSE-OVER different bars to see exact numbers for each category.

Data Follows Learners

LemonadeLXP focuses on how well each learner is progressing in their own learning journey, which means data always follows learners, not Groups.

In turn, when a learner is added to a Group, all their data from the day they began comes with them. Remove the learner from that Group, their data goes too.

  • ADD learner = MORE data

  • REMOVE learner = LESS data

Keep this in mind in case you suddenly see a sharp jump or drop in a particular Group's data; the culprit may simply be a new or removed learner!
