Unable to access your LemonadeLXP? Not working the way you expected? Look no further!

Having some issues with your LemonadeLXP access? Let's look into it!

What to check when you're experiencing access issues:

LLXP Status Page

First, check our status page to ensure everything is running smoothly!

You'll find an overview of LLXP's online processes at the top of the page, and individual status reports underneath.

If there's a particular situation folks should be aware of, an announcement will be prominently displayed at the top like so:

You can also opt to subscribe to updates! Select the "Subscribe to Updates" button and choose whether you'd like to be updated via email, phone, Slack, or an RSS feed.

Not sure what the heck some of it means? Stick to the top of the page and check if there's an announcement - if there is an announcement and your location is there, you're affected!

Your Web Browser

What should you check regarding your web browser?

Browser Version

Is your browser version on our list? LemonadeLXP works best with our list of compatible browsers - if it isn't on there, note that you may encounter odd behavior as you interact with the platform.


Clear Your Cache

Sometimes a quick clean of your web browser's cache is all you need to make things run smoothly again! Try clearing your browser's cache, then reloading the page!

Your Registration

Perhaps there's an issue with your registration? Try the following solutions!

Confirm Your Registration

Are you registered in your platform? Head to your company's LemonadeLXP URL and confirm you're registered by logging in!

If you know you're registered and your login just isn't working anymore, request a new password to gain access once again.

Not a password issue? Your SSO login is having issues? Contact your administrator to get it sorted out!


Email isn't Appearing in Inbox

You've registered your account and sent the verification email, but it's not showing up in your email for some reason!

If this happens:

  • Wait a few minutes, as mail servers aren't always instant;

  • Confirm you've entered your email correctly in LemonadeLXP;

  • Check your SPAM folder - it could be hiding there, waiting to be found,

  • Whitelist our notification email address, [email protected].


Email Verification isn't Working

Ensure the device you used to register is the same one used to verify your email! That means if you register using your laptop, you should verify your email using that same laptop!

If you don't do this, the verification process may be delayed as the system won't recognize your new device.

Note: in some cases you may also need to use the same browser when completing your verification, depending on whether your administrator enabled it — better to do it all with the same one!
