Though LemonadeLXP is designed with game mechanics like leaderboards and following colleagues (it's game-based learning after all), as an admin you can choose to keep all, some, or none of those features as part of your instance!
To switch it up, head over to /admin and:
SELECT "SETTINGS"
SELECT "Config"
On page 2 of the Config Wizard ("Play Controls") you will find checkboxes that activate or disable both leaderboard and colleagues:
Promote competitive learning and keep them all unchecked (the default setting), or check the box(es) to hide/disable sections as you see fit!
