When you first start in LemonadeLXP, you're automatically added to at least one Group. That Group will give you access to all available Courses associated with it!

But when you've completed all your Courses and played all the Steps, what then?

Different Groups may have different Courses available to them. Go ahead and add yourself to another Group through your Profile page (if self-assignment is available), or check with your manager to see if they can add you to another Group.

Certain Courses may not be ready... Yet! There may be some secret Courses waiting to be unlocked, a new Group may be in the works, or your administrator might be in the middle of creating some new content right now!

Until then, check back every so often to see if anything new has popped up in your Course library. You may also receive an email whenever a new Step or Course has been added (if your administrator enabled it).

Of course, you can always replay the Courses you already have too!

Can't wait for more content? Why not ask your administrator? They may already have something in the works when you do!

Levelling up, unlocking boosters, gaining skill points, etc., are all part of the game play experience to help you celebrate your growth and all your WINS! They won't automatically release additional Courses — see the suggestions in the above sections on how to get more!
