A more thorough look at the most popular and difficult Steps

Curious to know how well your Steps are doing?

Head to /admin, then:

  • SELECT "ANALYTICS"

  • SELECT "Steps"

Menu bar Analytics/Steps highlighted

This data will help you easily spot the toughest Steps of all, as well as some other great details to help you master this part of LemonadeLXP!

Steps Analytics

- Overview -

Steps Analytics Overview Numbers

What it shows:

  • total amount of Step completions, including repeats

  • average number of Steps each learner has played

  • average number of Steps learners will play each day

  • total amount of times a learner got a perfect Step score, including repeats

How to use it:

  • gauge if learners are playing enough Steps per day

  • consider whether Steps per learner is enough

  • compare completions with aced Steps (little to no difference = might be too easy; extremely high difference = might be too hard)

Step Stats Overview

What it shows:

  • Step title

  • number of times Step was played

  • total number of unique learners who've played it

  • average grade learners have earned (all the worst!)

How to use it:

  • find the hardest Steps of them all with a single glance

  • gain perspective on how hard the Steps seem to be

  • consider reworking listed Steps so they're less difficult

Step Stats Overview

What it shows:

  • Step title

  • number of times Step was played

  • total number of unique learners who've played it

  • average grade learners have earned

How to use it:

  • find the most popular Steps with a single glance

  • consider whether Step is popular because it's difficult or fun

  • compare with "Toughest Steps" data to be sure!
