Our reports collect lots of useful data for your needs! But for those who need to consider the privacy of the data collected, you can enable select settings to customize whether key items will be included!

To view your reports privacy settings, head to /admin and:

  • SELECT "SETTINGS"

  • SELECT "Config"

Admin panel Settings Config highlighted

Then, scroll down until you find the section titled "Privacy Settings."

Config - Privacy Settings box

Hide emails of public Digital Academy shares

When Digital Academy tutorials are shared with others, you can opt to hide the email addresses of the public users who've received the share. This ensures visitors who aren't registered in your LLXP won't have their emails readily available/viewable in the reports.

Include SSO Keys in reports (a SuperAdmin super power)

By default, SSO instances won't have user SSO IDs included in their exports. To include them, a SuperAdmin must check the box!

Note: regular admins won't see the option to "Add SSO key to exports," only the SuperAdmin has that superpower! Check out our Digital Tutorial on this!
