Enable/disable the Academy Help Center's chat bubble in your LemonadeLXP

Our Academy Help Center is full of guides and how-to's on how to do just about everything in LemonadeLXP. You can choose to allow access for every user in your instance, or limit access to your administrators alone by enabling/disabling the Academy's chat bubble widget.

To enable/disable the Intercom chat bubble, head over to /admin and:

  • SELECT "SETTINGS"

  • SELECT "Config"

  • SCROLL TO THE MIDDLE of the Config Wizard to find "Messaging Controls"

  • uncheck to make the chat bubble available to all users

  • check to disable (no one will see/have access to Intercom via the chat bubble)

How it works

- When Enabled -

Users will see Intercom's chat bubble at the bottom-right of their screen:

Users can select the bubble to open LemonadeLXP's Help Center, where they can search for answers themselves or connect with a LemonadeLXP representative directly!

- When Disabled -

The Intercom chat bubble will not appear on both the learner and admin panel.

Learners will have zero access to both the help guides and LemonadeLXP representatives. Any help requests they may have must be directed to their instance's own administrators or via their managers/colleagues.

Administrators will continue to have access to the help guides, but only through the "Help" button at the top of the administrator's panel:
