How to reset your password and regain access to your LemonadeLXP

You've already registered and have access your LemonadeLXP, but (whoops!) you've forgotten your password. Don't worry, it happens!

To regain access, all you need to do is reset your password!

Head to your company's LemonadeLXP URL and select the "Forgot password?" link.

In the Fetch Your Password page, enter the email associated with your account. Complete the CAPTCHA, then "Submit!"

So long as you input your email address correctly, you should receive an email in your inbox with instructions on how to reset your password. Follow those instructions so you can get back in and continue playing training games!

Password Reset Tips

Choose a strong password

It's always recommended that your password is memorable to you, but difficult for others (both people and programs!) to guess. Check out our article on Password Strength Requirements to learn more about the most secure password approaches!

Start and finish your password reset request in the same web browser, and using the same device/location

When you "Submit!" your password reset request, take note of the web browser, as well as what device/location you're submitting it from. When you receive your password reset request email, make sure you're using the same web browser and same device/location to complete the process!

  • Web browser examples include: Safari, Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.

  • Device examples include: company laptop, personal phone, friend's tablet

  • Location examples include: your home, company office, friend's place
