Supported Browsers, Zoom Gremlins & Accessibility Notes

Supported browsers, screen reader compatibility, and tips to avoid display issues in LemonadeLXP and Digital Academy.

Updated over a week ago

Welcome! Want LemonadeLXP and Digital Academy to look sharp, run fast, and not glitch out like it’s 1999? You’ll want to stick with one of our supported browsers—and maybe check your zoom settings while you’re at it.

🖥️ LemonadeLXP – Desktop Browsers We Love

  • Google Chrome (latest)

  • Microsoft Edge (latest)

  • Safari 16+

🧠 Digital Academy – Smart Browser Picks

Desktop

  • Google Chrome (latest)

  • Microsoft Edge (latest)

  • Safari 16+

Mobile

  • Chrome Mobile (latest)

  • Samsung Internet (latest)

❓ What if your browser isn’t on the list?

We’re not browser snobs—your funky off-brand browser might still work. But if something goes sideways, we’ll politely ask you to try again using one of the browsers above. Why?
Because troubleshooting Internet Explorer 11 is a dark place, and we’d rather not go there.

🧹 Note: We typically exclude browsers with ultra-low market share or those that time-traveled in from the early 2000s.

🔎 Zoomed In? Zoomed Out? Weird Layout?

Browser zoom is sneaky. It can:

  • Break our beautiful layout grid like a bull in a CSS china shop

  • Trick your browser into thinking your desktop is a phone

  • Make things just look… wrong

Fix it fast:
Reset your zoom to actual size

  • Mac: Command + 0

  • Windows: Ctrl + 0

Boom. Back to normal.

♿ Supported Screen Readers

We proudly support:

  • JAWS (latest) + Google Chrome (latest)

  • VoiceOver on MacOS (latest Safari)

These combos give users full access to core features without any weirdness. If you use something else and run into issues, let us know—we’re listening.

🧼 TL;DR

  • Use the latest version of a popular browser (see above)

  • Don’t mess with zoom unless you like chaos

  • We support real accessibility, not just lip service
