Enrollment & Reminders
When enrolled in a Certification, you're on the system's radar!
LemonadeLXP will send an automatic Certification email when:
You first enroll in the Certification
You have yet to start completing a Certification (sent once per week)
Missed Due Date?
If you miss a due date, you cannot complete the Certification.
LemonadeLXP will log the incomplete status in the progress section (admin) and within your Certifications ledger (profile area).
If the Certification you missed was part of a recurring Certification configuration, the cycle begins anew for the new Certification period.
Retroactive completion is not possible in either circumstance.
Completion
Once you've completed all of a Certification's required Courses, a completion screen will appear, and its completed status will appear in the learner's profile area.
