Learners are rewarded for watching a video from start to finish, simple and sweet!

How to build

To begin:

A new window will pop up:

  • TYPE the video title

  • CHOOSE a subtitle file (*.vtt), if applicable

  • CHOOSE the video file to upload

  • GO "BACK" if you need to change something

  • "SUBMIT"

If there are any errors, or information is missing, a pop-up window will appear addressing the issue. SELECT "OK" to go back and fix the errors.

The video will be automatically transcoded into a multitude of formats in order to serve various browsers (which have different format requirements). During the transcoding process, a certain width is targeted: if you upload a portrait-mode video it will become very tall as height scales to match the increased width.

We recommend that you resize portrait-mode videos into a 16:9 container to avoid ratio-based dimension changes. There are a multitude of apps in the App Store and on Google Play that can do this, such as https://inshot.com.

Once your files are successfully uploaded, SELECT "SAVE" at the bottom of the screen to finish the job!
