📥 Upload and Sync Your Content First
Before using the AskAI Chatbot, make sure your organizational content is uploaded and synced in InsightAI. This ensures the chatbot has accurate source material to reference when answering questions.
Everything the chatbot knows comes from your uploaded procedures, guides, manuals, and reference documents. As your content evolves, simply sync your files again—AskAI will automatically learn what’s new.
🧪 Test Your Chatbot’s Understanding
Once your files are synced, go to the Test tab. This is where you can preview how InsightAI interprets your content before enabling the chatbot for learners or staff.
Use the Test tab to:
Ask questions to see what InsightAI knows
Check that responses reference the correct source material
Spot gaps or outdated content
Decide what needs to be added or updated
Think of Testing as your quality check—making sure AskAI’s answers match your organization’s language, rules, and expectations. If something feels off, it usually means the model needs more context. Update or expand your content to fine-tune the results.
📌 Pin Questions for Quick Access
Inside the Chat tab, you can pin frequently asked questions so they’re always available to your learners or employees. If your team regularly asks about branch procedures, loan workflows, compliance rules, or other recurring topics, you can pin those questions for instant access.
Pinned questions:
Are linked directly to your uploaded knowledge files
Automatically stay up to date as you update your content
Appear in the learner-side Ask AI panel (when Chat is enabled in the course’s Details tab)
