📤 Uploading Content
Uploading is super simple. Right now, InsightAI supports these file types: PDF, MD, TXT, DOC, DOCX, HTML, CSV, XLS, and XLSX. Automatic connectors for tools like Confluence and Google Docs are coming soon.
Here’s how to get started:
Go to the Files tab.
Upload your documents.
Be sure to click Synchronize to process them.
That’s it—you just taught InsightAI something new.
Pro tip: The more detailed and text-heavy your content is, the better the results. InsightAI can process big documents instantly, so give it something substantial to work with!
🔄 Updating Files
Need to replace something? Easy.
If you upload a new file with the same name as an existing one, InsightAI automatically treats it as an update. Try using a consistent naming style or taxonomy to make things easier to manage.
