LemonadeLXP’s Roadmap: Private, Flexible, and Driven by Demand
At LemonadeLXP, we take pride in continuously improving our platform to meet the evolving needs of our clients. However, our product roadmap remains private and flexible, allowing us to respond dynamically to new ideas, industry trends, and market pressures. While we appreciate and encourage feature requests, we cannot guarantee development timelines unless a feature is formally sponsored.
How Feature Requests Work
We’re always happy to enhance our platform at no cost, but this occurs based on our internal prioritization process. We rely on signal mass to determine which features to develop, meaning that requests submitted through Productboard—via the “Submit Ideas” button in the admin area—help shape our roadmap organically. The more demand we see for a particular feature, the higher the likelihood it gets built sooner.
💡 To share an idea (send us a signal!), click on the LemonadeLXP Roadmap link at the top right in the admin area, and then click on the Submit Idea button. (Thank you!!)
Need a Guaranteed Timeline? Consider Feature Sponsorship
If your organization requires a specific feature within a defined timeline and set milestones, the best path forward is feature sponsorship. This involves drafting a statement of work (SOW) to outline the costs, development phases, and delivery schedule.
Sponsorship is the only way to guarantee that a feature will be developed within a fixed timeframe, if it is agreed that the feature itself is beneficial to the software (for all clients). Here, we apply very cautious approvals to requests, any feature we develop under an SOW has an understated maintenance cost that we do not push onto the original requestor; you agree to sponsor initial development, and we agree to maintain it forever.
Our commitment remains the same: delivering the best possible experience for our clients. Whether through organic development based on demand or feature sponsorship for prioritized timelines, we ensure that LemonadeLXP evolves in ways that benefit the entire user community.
