Some training in LemonadeLXP is optional and available for you to explore at your own pace. This might be branded as an 'Open Academy', cross-department learning, or additional resources you can opt into based on your interests.
To make this easy, your organization may offer open groups that you can join on your own—no approvals or requests needed. Once you join an open group, any training tied to that group becomes available automatically.

If open groups are available, you can join them directly from your profile in just a few steps.
🧭 How to Self-Enrol in an Open Group
Follow the steps below to join an open group and unlock optional content.
Step 1: Open Your Profile
Select your profile avatar in the top-right corner of the platform.
Choose Profile from the menu.
Step 2: Edit Your Profile
On your Profile page, select Edit Profile.
Step 3: Join an Open Group
Locate the Groups field in your profile.
Select the field to view a list of available open groups.
Choose the group(s) you’d like to join.
Step 4: Save Your Changes
Select Save to update your profile.
You’re now enrolled in the group and ready to explore new learning content.
📚 What Happens After You Join?
Once you’ve joined an open group:
Training connected to that group becomes available automatically
You can access the content right away
No additional enrolment steps are required
If you don’t see new content immediately, try refreshing the page or returning to your learning dashboard.
