Welcome to the launch pad! Get LemonadeLXP connected and ready to build—covering subdomains, DNS, firewalls, access, and IT must-dos.

Updated yesterday

💡 Heads up:
This guide is all about getting LemonadeLXP technically ready to roll.

Once this part is complete, you’ll move into your Onboarding Journey, where we shift gears into content creation, internal marketing, and learner rollout.
👉 Want a sneak peek? Check out what’s next.

🛠️ 1. Set the Foundation

Before we can build great training, we need to make sure LemonadeLXP knows where it lives (digitally speaking). Here’s where you name your subdomain, connect it, and make sure it’s allowed past the firewall bouncers.

Task

What’s involved

Who’s involved

Kickoff Call

Align on roles, goals, timelines, and your master plan

Product Manager, Technical Lead, Practitioners

Plan for Success

Define how we’ll measure wins (hint: it's more than just logins)

Product Manager, Practitioners

Pick your LemonadeLXP URL (e.g. training.yourorg.com)

Technical Lead

Point your subdomain to LemonadeLXP with DNS magic

Technical Lead

Let LemonadeLXP through the firewall gates

IT Team (preferably caffeinated)

🔐 2. Get Platform-Ready

Now that LemonadeLXP is plugged in and powered up, it’s time to unlock access for the people who’ll actually use it.

Task

What’s involved

Who’s involved

Implement SSO (optional)

Let users log in like it’s 2025 (because it is)

IT, Technical Lead

Give your heroes full access to build, manage, and rule

Admin Team

Use Active Directory Sync (if using Azure)

Auto-sync your user groups like a boss

IT (and probably Azure wizards)

Milestone: Your platform is live, your team can log in, and you’re ready to dive into onboarding.
